As we promote contact with our staff through emails, we must also reinforce the fact that you cannot expect staff to answer emails outside of normal business hours. (8am to 5pm).
The staff are finding some parents are expecting a response to emails they have sent late in an evening. This is not realistic and is unfair on staff to expect replies after hours.
We are not trying to discourage contact, but while we are encouraging staff to have a break from work, we would appreciate your understanding and assistance in this matter.
